I had researched the car I wanted and walked in with a checkbook ready to buy. The salesman needed the manager to authorize the deal, and in waited for him for over an hour. I could see him chatting with another customer while I waited. When presented with the offer, they would only show me payments. When I said I needed to see what I would be paying, they wrote some numbers on a piece of paper. It still didn't give me a total price. When I said I needed the total price and was getting frustrated because I had already waited so long, the manager finally came in (almost two hours at this point) he said he couldn't sell a car to an unhappy customer because it would risk his surfer scores. Seriously would not sell me a car even though I had come in with every intent to buy and was still intended to get the car even with a bad experience.

The accident occurred Dec but it took sometime to repair - I was OK with that because as I kept telling them, I didn't want a rush job. They called and told me the car was ready for pick-up on Thu 19 so I drove over. I didn't even have to get out of my rental to see that they had failed to match the colour properly, and I have a picture on my smartphone that demonstrates the very obvious failure to colour match the nose to fenders and hood. This after they said it had been through quality control and detailing - really?

They called me again today (Xmas Eve) to say that the car was ready. They arranged to have it delivered to Freeman Buick here in Grapevine which was nice of them. I could see that they had done a much better job on the bodywork this time - but that should have been the first time. Drove the car home - and despite the car reaching nearly full operating temperature, the air coming out of the vents was freezing - as though the A/C was on (which I think it was in actuality). Plus, when I switched off, the engine fan remained running - something it has never done. Obviously something wrong in the cooling system and/or heating. Plus a terrible smell of coolant on hot metal in the cabin.

My insurance did not want me to have the car repaired at Freeman Mazda - they wanted to use one of their partners. I insisted because the car is a Mazda - very new - and I thought they would do the best possible high-quality work - both from mechanical and a paintwork perspective. Boy was I ever wrong.

It was great. I ordered my tires online with RightTurn tires. The price was very reasonable and included everything including installation. I scheduled my appointment with Freeman Mazda in the same transaction online. A couple of days later, Freeman service contacted me to confirm my appointment and time. They also offered a shuttle to and from work.
I arrived a couple of minutes early. They installed my tires in less time than estimated while I waited in the waiting room. I will do this again the next time I need tires. I've told several friends and family members about my experience and they also plan to do the same. Wow, this was almost painless!

Total waste of my time. If they had been more clear on what they were looking for, I probably would have not gone down there and wasted their time and mine. I am in the market for a new car, but cross these guys off my list!

My wife brought our 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe to the dealership because of a rogue noise. We have had issues with other local dealership, so we brought it to the dealership we bought it from assuming we'd get better service. Wrong. We called the Friday before we took the vehicle in and scheduled a 9 am appointment, so we could try and speed the process up as much as possible. My wife got there at the appointed time, and was told they had no idea how long it would take to get to the car. I'm not sure what the point of the appointment is if they still stick you in line, but this would have been great information to let someone know ahead of time. So my wife calls me telling me that they have told her they have no time estimate, are out of cars to borrow, and will not give her a ride home because she lives 10.6 miles away and anything over 10 is too far (again, this should have been explained before she went in so she could make other arrangements). So at this point we have done everything we can to accommodate Freeman Hyundai and they are doing their best to do the opposite for us. I was able to have family pick my wife up, so we went ahead and left the car there. Around 4, after complete silence from Freeman, my wife calls up and is told the vehicle has been ready and the reason for the noise was due to a hammer being in the engine. At this point I call Freeman to speak with the mechanics myself. I explain to the mechanic we need to have the hammer when we pick the vehicle up, and I'm told they have no idea where it is; he thinks someone threw it away. He is able to find the hammer before my wife picks the car up, but it was an ordeal just trying to get it. As of writing this, we have the car back, and the noise is gone. It wasn't much work, but they seemed to do a good job of removing the hammer. The rest of the customer service experience is the reason I will not be taking my car back to Freeman Hyundai for service.

My last visit was for an oil change. They have been very good, and I am not pressured by them to buy services that I don’t need. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

They had a very clean shop and the receptionist was very friendly. I never met the mechanics, but everything else was a good experience. It was a lot of work so it took a few days to complete.

Freeman Hyundai was so quick to respond to my plight. I couldn't believe they came out that fast and the best thing is that they didn't even charge me for the service. I did buy my car from them and I've never regretted it. They are very helpful and professional.
