 + -1 moreOverall, the job was performed but I did not feel that I was a valued customer. Especially after having to walk through the construction hard hat area because they didn't provide us with directions or information regarding the major construction in front of the building.
Description of Work: Standard title company services but we had to wait while they made copies of papers that could have been done ahead of time instead of making us wait 15 minutes for her to make copies. There was major road construction in front of the building blocking access to all of the parking. THe standard directions that were emailed to us did not include this information. It took us 20 minutes to find parking. When we mentioned that it would have been helpful to have that info, the lady working with us said, "Oh right."
