My friend and I scheduled this moving company 3 weeks prior to our move date and still received horrible service. Two days prior to the move date we reached out to Mr. Cesar Gonzales to confirm the date and time of the move. Mr. Gonzales was rude and slow to respond. The day of the move we heard nothing from FastMoversDFW and decided to contact them 30 minutes prior to their scheduled arrival time which should have been 12pm. Cesar replied by to my text inquiring about the arrival of the movers 10 minutes prior to the scheduled move time and informed my friend and I he will be arriving a little before 2pm. Cesar and his moving crew did not arrive until approximately 3:20pm. Over 3 hours later than the original time we agreed on. Upon arrival papers were shoved in my face to sign immediately and the crew began to grab items with no regards to care or possible damage of my property. I stated to Cesar Gonzales that his extremely late arrive and little to no communication was a bit of an inconvenience. He then became very hostile and verbally abusive. He then removed the few of my items he loaded from his truck, put then in from of my apartment door and left. FastMoversDFW (Cesar Gonzales) is extremely unprofessional, rude and hostile. I felt very unsafe and violated by these mover. I DO NOT recommend using this company.
