I love Dust Bunnies. I was very surprised to see some of the other reviews. Ann and her crews do a fabulous job. I have used them continuously since 1997. Yes, 1997. I have never had any issues with them. They do a thorough job and are very conscientious. I do have a small house (1200 square feet) and I have them come twice a month, hence the lower price. Dust Bunnies provides all of the cleaning products and tools. I have a dog and they are very nice to her, even when she tries to attack the vacuum cleaner. I highly recommend them to everyone who wants a cleaning service. I trust her and her crews.

They didn't do anything. The floors haven't been swept or mopped. They look like they might have wiped out the fridge but didn't use any cleaning products. bathrooms were not cleaned as I found hair and dirt still on the floor as well as in the shower and around the sink. Laundry room had lint on the floor and the lint is still there. base boards have not been touched.

My house is a very small one story. I really do not understand the pricing of this agency. Cleaned my house previously and they charged $175 once and $200 once. For some reason, if the owner cleans it, it is always more. And she charges not hourly but by the number of house cleaners that show up. I dont even think kitchen was mopped completely. Found dirt and crumbs under kitchen cabinets. When they left, owner commented I could spring cleaning. Gosh, I wonder how much that would cost for my small house.

"I am sorry that the member was not happy with the service we last provided at her home. I booked her clean within a day or two of her request and showed up at the agreed upon time if not a little early, as I recall. Had I been made aware of her concerns regarding the clean, I would have returned to correct those concerns. As for pricing, they are quoted on an hourly rate, of 2 or 3 people showing up to clean, the price is the same regardless if I (the owner) show up or not. The price does vary depending on the size of the home. I have this home down as about 1800 square feet. The degree of difficulty, like mop-able floors verses carpeted, number of people in the home and if there are any pet in the home. Which effects any clean. I sincerley hope the member finds a service that better meets her needs."

It turned out great. I was having the house leveled and they were busting hole in the slab with concrete hammers and there was concrete dust everywhere. I had all this done when my wife was out of town and they came wiped down everything and cleaned the house and I was very pleased with their service. They came in and started cleaning and a plumber broke the pipe and they could not clean, so they had to come back again another time, so it ended up costing more than it should have. I thought their prices were reasonable and I was pleased with their efficiency. Three ladies came in and had their equipment and knew what they were going to do and split up into different rooms and got the work done. My wife was also pleased with the work they did.

In 2008 I couldn't find a very sentimental bracelet worth about $1,000. I guessed that maybe the clasp was loose and had fallen off. This year, I started noticing other jewelry missing. A gold pendant about $800.00. Then other jewelry started missing one piece at a time. This August I was looking for a very precious pair of silver earrings by a famous artist in Mexico. My husband mentioned that his gold wedding ring was missing. Then I had a sinus infection and I sent an assistant to the bank to cash a check for me. I put the cash in my bill fold and left it there. My husband asked me for some cash, but left $60.00 for me to use. I later had told my assistant to get some lunch, and when I opened my billfold there was only $1 dollar present. The housekeepers had come the day before. I called Ann (the manager) and she said that she had never received a complaint from any other customers about missing items. She said that the women could not possibly have had time to raid my purse. I accepted that excuse and I had let them return. They came back again, and I noticed that they did a really good job. They especially went to a lot of effort to stack receipts and notes on my husband dressing counter. Underneath his recipts he had always kept his gold bracelet. They left about 11am, he came home early that day, went to his dressing table where his receipts were and noticed a bracelet was missing. He searched other areas to see if maybe he had put it there and it was nowhere. He also found two gold coins missing and a collectors item $2 bill. He told me immediatley, I called Dust Bunnies and also called the police. I called Ann and she said that she hates to lose me as a client. I told her she is going to lose a lot more, I want $5,000 dollars back of the jewelry that was taken from me. I have a police report and haven't spoken to her since. Most of my jewelry is "one of a kind", there was nothing engraved. The police said that even if they found it, there would be no way to determine if it was ours.

"In response to the member's complaint of theft, I told her to call the police immediately, It is our policy to have the customer file the report and I take any report of a theft very seriously. After speaking with the police investigator on 10/6/09, they have closed the case due to the member's failure to co-operate with the investigation. Dust Bunnies and it's employee's always cooperated with this police investigation, the police investigator informed me that none of our employee's are suspected in this alleged offense. Once the police report is filed it would be improper of me to contact the member. While there is an ongoing investigations and no company should pay any person any sum of money until the conclusion of the investigation. That is why companies are bonded and insured."

Wow! I kept looking for places they'd missed, but couldn't find any. These ladies did a terrific job, and my home has never been cleaner. It took 2 people 5 hours and I have no complaints, only praise for their hard work, attention to detail and professional attitude. They were a delightful pair who worked hard, hardly spoke to each other because they were so focused on their job, and were all about making my home look nice. I've never used a housekeeping service before, but because of this experience, I will most likely hire them for once a month cleaning.

They showed up about 5 minutes late, no big deal... however, they cleaned some areas of my house really good and just flat out missed some areas like the dresser in the master bedroom, also I had to keep asking them to clean the shower again, clean the sink again, etc., as I was there to monitor their work. They also had a terrible attitude about this. After they left, and yes my house was clean but there were so many places they still missed that I didn't catch until they were gone, I called the owner and asked her to personally come out and clean the glass in the master shower and get the dust off the light in the kitchen. She agreed to come and took care of it but I still didn't like the way the master bathroom was cleaned. For $125.00 I'm still not sure what I got out of it. Please beware of a quote over the phone as the owner lied to me about the price and changed it on me once they were done with my house. I will not use them again.

"HE WAS QUOTED ON THE INFORMATION HE GAVE ME. I GAVE HIM OUR HOURLY RATE ON 2 TO 3 PEOPLE CLEANING AND A BALL PARK FIGURE ON WHAT HE WANTED A (QUOTE). HE WENT FROM ASKING FOR A GENERAL CLEAN ON THE WHOLE HOUSE CLEANED TO THEN JUST THE DOWN STAIRS, THEN ADDING THE FULL BATH UPSTAIRS AND VACUUMING THE STAIRS, TO THEN FROM A GENERAL CLEAN TO A DEEP CLEAN WITH WASHING WOOD WORK AND CABINETS, BASEBOARDS, DOOR ETC. WHICH ADDS TIME TO ANY CLEAN AND A CHANGE IN PRICE. HE WANTED TO USE A $20.00 COUPON THAT HAS A 2 HOUR MINIMUM, BUT DIDN'T FEEL HE SHOULD HAVE TO PRINT THE COUPON TO GET THE DISCOUNT TO. I PRINTED HIM ONE AND SENT WITH THE TEAM LEADER ON THE DAY WE CLEANED. WE TRY TO GET AS MUCH INFORMATION FROM THE HOME OWNER AS POSSIBLE TO GIVE A QUOTE AS CLOSE AS WE CAN WITH THE INFORMATION GIVEN. AND WE ALL HAVE A PRESEPTION AS TO HOW CLEAN OR DIRTY OUR HOME IS. AND NO WE DO NOT GO AND SEE EVERY HOME BEFORE WE CLEAN IT. WHEN THE JOB WAS COMPLETE AND I SPOKE WITH HIM, AND HEARD HIS COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE JOB AND THE PRICE. I THEN SPOKE WITH THE TEAM LEADER AND ASKED HER TO DO THE THINGS HE WAS UNHAPPY WITH. AND TO MY UNDERSTANDING THEY DID. I THEN DOUBLED HIS COUPON VALUE TO TRY AND COMPENSATE HIM. THEN FOLLOWED UP WITH A PHONE CALL THE NEXT DAY OR SO, HE WAS STILL UNHAPPY, SO I OFFERED TO COME BACK MYSELF AND CORRECT WHAT HE WAS NOT HAPPY WITH, I DID THE GO BACK, ASKED HIM TO CHECK MY WORK OF WHICH HE DID, AND SAID EVERY THING LOOK GOOD. I APOLOGIZED FOR THE BAD EXPERIENCE HE HAD WITH OUT COMPANY AND HOPED HE WOULD FIND A SERVICE THAT WOULD BETTER MEET HIS NEEDS. I AM VERY SORRY THAT HE HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE."

They were very trustworthy and professional. They would clean anything you asked them to. The thing was, they were a little pricey compared to other companies. They charge $30 per person per hour. They send out two person teams. I decided it was just to high so I am not going to use them again.

I lived at my apt. for 11 years and had not done much cleaning in the last few years. There was quite a lot of dust and built-up dirt and grime, especially in the bathroom and kitchen. I called and got an immediate response for an estimate. I agreed to have the work done right then. We scheduled a date and time for the cleaning. On cleaning day, the two people from Dust Bunnies showed up right on time. They brought all of the necessary supplies and equipment with them. They were very proficient at cleaning and most professional. I was very pleased with the results.
