Don made a good impression from the moment he provided his quote. He was personable, reasonable, and up-front about what was included in the estimate as well as the warranty period for the work. Because another job fell through, he was able to start the work earlier than we had planned. He completed most of the work within 4 days, but I was unhappy with how one of the facia boards turned out. I didn't even have to ask Don to make it right. He offered to replace the board without my having to ask, and to his credit he came back 2 weeks later to do the final work even though I had already paid him in full. Contractors are never perfect. But when one is willing to fix issues and follows through on promises, that's what really matters to me. Now we have a synthetic deck I'm really happy with, and I'd be willing to hire Don all over again.

Deck Design did a fantastic job and I would not hesitate to hire them again for any future related projects. We had a 16x20 composite deck built in a modern style with a step down all around; the crew was professional and efficient and very easy to work with! Don was very genuine, responsive and gave honest answers to all of our questions. We now have a beautiful deck and it was a very smooth process. I highly recommend getting a quote from this company if you have similar projects!

Don and his crew did an incredible job. I enjoyed working with Don and talking through what I was envisioning for my new deck. They completed tearing out the old deck, framing, and building the new deck in a timely matter. It has been the best investment I’ve made on my new house as we have thoroughly enjoyed it during this nice weather.

The service was excellent. Don does does perfection on his work. I recommend him to anybody.
