Moving
The guy fell off the truck, slid on ice and hit my flat screen TV on the ground and broke it. They called me back two days later to inform me that he had fallen off the truck and they had broken my TV. They informed me that because they have a good name they wanted to maintain they were willing to work with me to remain in good standing as far as customer service. When I called them back, however, they keep pushing it off and blaming it on the public storage unit and insisting it is everyone's fault but theirs.
