Do NOT hire this pair. Trey is the customer contact and Mitchell does all the work (when he is in the mood to show up). They are unreliable and Trey is rude beyond description. After 5 months of frustration, we paid them extra to leave and then hired a professional to repair their mistakes and finish the job. On more than one occasion, Trey had full blown temper fits. Trey?s communications ranged from friendly to offensive. Since they rarely do jobs beyond their limited scope, they have no regular subs to hire. Therefore, the subs they found for the job were very poor and unreliable. Expensive plumbing equipment disappeared. The plumber they hired ran ½? gas line when ¾? was required. They failed to install a dryer vent before installing sheetrock. The kitchen counters were set 29? apart to accommodate a 30? stove. No support was installed in the wall to hold the wall-mount sink (which they broke and didn?t replace). They failed to keep the job site clean. The painting was substandard and unfinished. The front door was installed at an angle with large gaps. They destroyed vintage fixtures. In summary, they are not professional. They are not reliable. They are incapable of handling anything beyond the simplest small job. Be forewarned--hire them and learn an expensive lesson.
