I had some tenants move out of a rental property and the the house was very dirty. There were stains on the carpets and holes in the walls. Willie was my contact he made sure that everything was completed and done right. I had some ceiling tiles installed in the kitchen and living room.

Heating and Air Conditioning Service
My tenant informed me that there was a leak in the AC system and recommended that I call this company.
I called the company and before going to the site they requested a credit card number which I gave them.
They did the job as promised, but I was never called for an estimate of their charges or even sent an invoice when they finished. I found out how much they had charged me when I saw a $500 charge in my credit card, which I consider suspiciously rounded and convenient for them but outrageous for a maybe a couple of hours job.

THE CARPET WAS NOT GOOD QUALITY. THEY WERE NOT VERY DEPENDABLE. THEY SEEMED TO BE MORE TROUBLE THAN IT WAS WORTH.
