COMPUTER REPAIRED WHILE U WAIT

When we brought the computer home, we discovered it had various problems, such as a loud fan and website loading problems. We bought the computer on the afternoon of November 24, 2014 and returned it the next morning, November 25 at approximately 10:00 a.m. It was in our possession for less than 24 hours. The computer was defective. We could not get any assistance from the employees who sold us the computer. We asked to have a credit issued to our credit card account less a 35% restocking fee, even though we felt like we didnt owe the restocking fee. There were no other computers available to exchange the defective computer for. The employees told us to come back in 7 days when the owner would be in. When we spoke with the owner by phone seven days later, he was very rude and refused to discuss reimbursement to our credit card account. He claimed that everything was working fine when he checked the computer and he would not refund my money. He said if I didn't come pick up the computer within 30 days, it would be his. There was no wording on the receipt stating that no returns were allowed. There was wording about returned merchandise being subject to a 35% restocking fee.
