Cirilo's Tiles

The completed paint job of the living room was unacceptable. Cirilo and his helper not only got paint on the trim and ceiling, we later found they got paint all over our stair runner near the area they were painting. As an excuse, Cirilo tried to convince me the color difference was due to texture and was already existing. In conclusion, I was the stupid consumer for handing over the check to him without him correcting the paint job.
If you want to find your home in worse shape after paying up, hire these guys. Otherwise, move on. They're advertising on Craigslist for a reason.

Contacted Cirilo's Tiles, LLC.  from Irving, Texas, and they arrived to give me an estimate on laying 1,000 sq. ft of tile at my place of residence. I agreed to the quote, and we set a date to have the work done. The first day went smooth,  the 2nd day however,  they rushed and made many mistakes. 1 Bedroom was not leveled, so they proposed that i buy concrete (30 bags), so they could level the floor to ensure the tiles would be level. They wanted an extra $300 for the leveling, which i agreed upon. The end result of their work consists of a room that is worse than it was before (still 1.5" higher on one side), 27 hollow tiles, uneven grout lines, and mortar that was thrown in my yard. I asked them to come back to address above mentioned issues, and they arrived the same day. I pointed out the mistakes made, and they accepted that it was not correct, and said they would return in 2 weeks to finish the job. It has been 1 month now, and they have completely blown me off!  Avoid this company, as they provide no paperwork,or a warranty.
