The sale service they put up was misleading. They said they will seal up to 20 external windows. What they did was not sealing the external windows but put some clear seal inside the corners of the windows trapping dirt and bugs with it. The windows are now ugly with trapped dirt and bugs.

'It went well.  Since it was many months ago, I don't remember details.  Sorry.  I also just guessed on the date.  We have moved, and the paperwork is still packed up, and I couldn't check for sure.

I had this done in May and my electric bill so far has not went down. I also have nothing from them showing that they came out and performed this service. I thought they would give me some type of documentation that shows they were actually here and what they did. They were nice, but seemed to be rushing the job. I was going through asking them to fix things throughout. At this point I do not feel that this was worth the $200.

These guys were awesome. They weatherized my home by caulking windows and doors. Also added a door sweep to my front door. Found major leakage around my newly re-done fireplace. They then ran an air-leak audit and explained to me what was good/bad and left me with a tube of caulk for the future. Highly recommended.

The company was very prompt about contacting me to set up an appointment.  The gentlemen showed up at the correct time to perform the service. I inspected the job that was done before your service men left my home and found a window that they had not even done. I walked outside and had to ask that they come back in and finish their job. I was then asked by the technicians if I had any gas that they could borrow in order to get to a gas station.
Then, this last weekend I was doing deep cleaning on my house to prepare for my son's graduation and party that was at our home. It was then that I realized that along the caulking line in my windows the animal hair and dirt that I was trying to remove was UNDER the caulk. It was then that I realized that the technicians chose to caulk over everything that was in my window seals. I would have been happy to have them all thoroughly cleaned if I had been told that this needed to be done prior to arrival.  I now have dirt and animal hair permanently caulked onto each of my window seals. 
I have emailed the company with no response.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They didn't do my windows outside. They were supposed to caulk them. It was supposed to be $199 for door and window air leak sealing and an energy evaluation. I didn't pay any additional.. I trusted them and they took advantage of me because I thought they did them outside. It cost too much for what they did. Anther company would have done it for free; I thought I was getting everything sealed. They didn't do what they said they were going to do. They came out at the designated time and they were on time. I was very, very disappointed.

They did a good job, and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. They charged a little bit because they couldn't fix one of the doors because of the design, so they couldn't completely seal it, and one of the other doors had more junctions, and they had a standard, so this was a different door. They did more than was on the scope. They did a good job, they were timely and accurate, and so everything was dead on.

The two men came - I will be honest and say I don't remember the date - but they did a great job of resealing the doors and windows.  It was a quick service.  It was a little expensive, I thought, but I didn't have any problems either that they had to contend with.  They just came in, did their job, and left.  No mess.  They were very punctual and didn't fool around.  I did need to have my doors insulated better and I was very thankful for that - along with the garage door.

I wasn't very satisfied with the service. They couldn't schedule me right away because of issues they had. One of the reasons that I had  bought the deal was because we have a door to the patio with a gap to the bottom where the threshold is, and they weren't able to do anything about that apart from tap a metal strip on the inside of the door, which looked very unsightly. I asked them to take that off, and so I still have the gap under the door, and they told me that I could go to Home Depot and buy the strip. They tacked up some stripping on the outside of my house, and it had unsightly aluminum stripping, and so when you walk up to the house, that is what you see first and foremost. Under the door, there is the stripping which is very unsightly, and I am thinking of bringing them down. Unfortunately they drilled holes to put the aluminum siding, so I have to figure out how to patch the holes. They also did the home energy audit, and there was quite a bit of air leakage, he said it was more than twice of what should be normal, but his recommendation was to replace all of my light fixtures with expensive replacement fixtures. They weren't very helpful, because the cost of changing the lights is $100 per light and I have about 50 lights around the house, and they wouldn't do that. The solution he gave was not viable. It took them a week to give me an alternate date, after I had checked the available date on their website. They were on time for the appointment itself.

The service was good. They were quick, efficient, and gave us feedback on things we could do ourselves.

Took a while to get it scheduled.  I work and they dont come on weekends and was hard to get afternoon appointment. Pleasant to work and came on time as scheduled.  Said that the deal included sealing 5 doors and 20 windows, but I couldnt tell where the windows were sealed ( use a clear sealer) and dark wood trim windows would show the sealer they said , so couldnt be sealed. I was thinking it would be more of a weather stripping than a sealant applied.  I never got the written evaluation that was going to be sent by email. He was knowledgeable and had advice of things to do and not do.
