Pool and Spa Servicing
Very satisfied with my new pool. Job was done very well with exceptional attention to detail. I paid for half of the service up front and when the pool was completed, they stated that I needed to purchase the chemicals to maintain the pool. I was told that Castro could purchase the chemicals at a discount and that they would continue to maintain the chemical level in the pool for the next five days. After I paid the remaining balance and the agreed price for the chemicals, he came out for the next two days and has still not returned to seal the coping or maintain the chemicals. Appointments have been missed, calls not returned. The quality is great and the price is reasonable but i would suggest that you don't pay until they are COMPLETELY finished, otherwise they will disappear on you after they have your money.
