Within the past month, the panel broke. I spent over two hours on phone to try and resolve with tech help. This was not successful. They shared for $200 they could send someone out and I declined saying that it is their equipment and there should be no charge since the tech on the phone could not assist with fixing the problem. We have been with them for years and needed a change since my family was not safe and had no system to protect them or our house. WE have two boys with severe medical issues and require nursing and support around the clock so we needed the system. We switched companies and I called today to end services. I was advised that I had to buy out my contract (which I never agreed to) of around $1,000. They said when we moved in 2019 that this extended my contact by 55 months. WHAT? I never agreed to this and it was falsified and had a hidden agenda This is so infuriating. They are liars and manipulators and stealing my money. The refuse to close my account. I am in the process of having my bank cancel their info and deny access. I cannot take off the bank info unless you put in another payment form and they refuse to take it off so they can continue to steal from me. I do not want anything to do with them. They can keep the $43 dollars in there and they just need to close the account.

I GOT AN APPOINTMENT FARELY QUICKLY. THE TECHNICIAN CAME IN BETWEEN THE 4 HOUR WINDOW THAT THEY GAVE ME FOR ARRIVAL. HE WORKED QUICKLY REPLACING THE MOTION SENSORS AND WAS PLEASANT.
Description of Work: MY SECURITY ALARM WAS GOING OFF FOR NO APPARENT REASON. THE TECHNICIAN CAME AND REPLACED THE MOTION SENSORS IN MY HOUSE
