Bernard and his team are super professional and very talented! We bought a house in Southlake and needed to refinish the wood floors that were there and add wood in many other bedrooms and main living areas. Installation went flawlessly! Quality work great price! Only Wood Company anyone should use in town!!!!!

I would gladly refer anyone to Bernard’s Hardwood. They were timely, detailed, and clean. We had a room re-sanded and stained, but it needed to match the rest of the house. The crew did an excellent job matching stain color! 5 stars!

The quality we got from their flooring was absolutely phenomenal - we worked with another company that charged us WAY more, and their quality wasn't half of what Bernard's offers. You can't get better quality than these floors!

Have white oak flooring which is more difficult to handle than dark stains....finish very irregular. They very willing came back and corrected one bad mistake. And, in all fairness, would probably would have redone all. Just too much to handle.

Communication is not great. Bernard didnt reach out to me unless I contacted him first. After that, communication was ok. For example, he didnt tell me that I needed to leave while they were working, which was several days. He also didnt tell me anything about preparing for their arrival, such as moving everything out. I moved all but a few larger pieces of furniture out, and only 1 or 2 of the ones I didnt move were heavy. They just required 2 people to move them. I assumed they would move them free of charge. However, I was surprised to get a bill for $95 for moving 5 pieces of furniture, which required all of 10 minutes to move. However, other than this, the effort was a seamless operation. Prices are on par with other wood flooring pros.

Experienced professionals. Very deligent in plastic sheeting off areas and performing very limited dust refinish. Great care working out trouble spots, and explaining entire process. Very pleased with outcome! I would not hesitate to recommend Bernard's flooring.
