He had between 1-3 workmen come out. They always called before coming and were flexible with my work schedule. The work took longer than expected, but it was completed thoroughly. Ed was prompt at providing extra estimates, since we added over $1000 of additional items that we wanted on top of our original quote. The workers were very friendly, and respectful to our home. They always called me at work to confirm placement of any fixtures that were not discussed in person, or if they had better ideas to make our home more efficient.

I found a business card for an electrician I had used several years before and really liked. The company was out of business but fortunately his cell phone number was still good. He called me right back when I left a voice mail describing the problem. He told me he'd merged his company with another and it was now called All-Pro. He contacted his partner who lived in the area and told him the problem was serious (my wife had just been released from the hospital and was staying with a friend until the repair was done.) His partner lived in the area and was home since it was after 5 PM. He came right out and gave me an estimate that was less than half what I had been quoted by another Angie's List Electrician. They rearranged their schedule so they could get somebody out and the work was done quickly and efficiently. I'm so glad I was able to reconnect with this electrician and his new company. I will be using them for all future electrical needs. They get my highest rating in all categories.

They sent out 2 electricians. One guy did all the work, and the other guy only repaired one small thing. The first man took down 2 fans and re installed them. The first man tightened a light over my washer/dryer. He put a bulb into my kitchen light, as well, and told me that he had repaired the entire light. He also put the remote for the fan in my bedroom. When I got the bill, I called the owner. He proceeded to yell at me for questioning the bill. He came out to correct an issue with the lights, and ended up breaking the light. He told me that I didn't need it anyways and called me a liar. He began yelling at me, so I told him to leave my home. They have charged me for each additional trip to correct the mistakes they made. I am very upset with the company.

The two technicians were very nice, I had no problem with their service, except the pricing.

We don't live in the area but we called him and he did the work. He was acceptable. The price was excellent because we had a voucher. The report was a little lacking.

They were good. You don’t have to go to anybody else once you get somebody to handle your job. They will call you back if you have any questions. It was pretty personal. They were professional and the price seemed reasonable to me.

They redid a track light that was not working. They did the grounding.

The company representative showed up when they promised and completed the work the same day. Eric was professional and courteous. The company's slogan is "Where Quality and Honesty Count." In this day and age when customer service is so poor, it's nice to know that there are non-corporate entities that still provide good service at a fair price. I would recommend this company to others and we will definitely use their services again.

He always does a great job and is honest. He is a master electrician so the job is always done right the first time.

They did a great job of rewiring my dad s old light fixtures. The wiring was old and it was faulty so the replacement was very much needed. All his old fixtures were replaced for new ones and the sockets as well. The company was very professional and very qualified and I am satisfied with their work.
