this guy was great! He had to come back a couple of times because of parts issues but he never gave up. I would use him again for sure.

The technician arrived on time and was professionally dressed. He immediately went to work looking at the refrigerator and explained what he was doing along the way. He explained how freezers work and how to care for them to maximize their life. He went on to clean the condenser and explained that I needed to repeat the process once or twice a year. He was very friendly and professional the entire time and I would definitely use his service again.

He shows up on time, diagnoses the problem, explains it, and then fixes the appliance if I agree.
