The tech removed the toilet, gained access to the vent, behind the toilet by cutting a 12" X 24" hole in the sheetrock. He then cut the vent, too close to a leaded joint, and explored with a camera before clearing the clog with an auger. With no easy way to fix the vent, he attempted to seal it with black duct tape. He replaced the toilet using the old wax ring. All that was left to do was hand my 90 year old mother a bill for $800, stating he gave her a senior discount of $200.

The plumber fixed my leak without going through the concrete. Was fast and efficient. Gave me lifetime warranty. Who does that

They charged her $830 for this, they were then for an hour, and left a mess.  I found out, called and complained and the man who answered the phone said that he would send her a refund of $200.  She has received the check.  However, even with this meager refund, she was grossly overcharged and this refund only came after I complained that I felt they had taken advantage of a senior citizen and they are never to return to her home, ever.  I have hired another plumber who is sealing and resetting the toilet properly.  How this guy gets an A is beyond me.  I do not ever recommend this company as I feel they use deceptive sales practices.

Work was done over a period of 2 days.  Answered all my questions and did an excellent clean up afterwards.

Service was very nice and everyone was very professional. We were very happy with them.
