He was very prompt. Called to say he might be late, but wasn't late after all. Very polite and knowledgeable. Found a dead lizard in the ac unit that caused a part to short out. Definitely will call him again!

"Our Records indicate we have NEVER Worked for You and I find this review Fraudulent and Untrue. Our office has spoken on the phone with you numerous times for hours answering questions about the hvac systems in the home you were about to purchase. We did however service the same address for the Previous Owner but They Paid for the Services which were $258 and the work required extensive work on the drains. The Previous customer was always pleased with our fast response time and services since 2002 about 10 years. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction."

Later Angie's List offered an A/C Tune for two units at $64 total.
I went to a retail electronics supply store to find the Capacitor. The same one that Air_Proc changed $159, I could have bought for $14.
Also I found the the outdoor units were NOT cleaned out.
What a Price Gauging, dishonest, lazy business.
I will NEVER NEVER use Air-Pro again. This also means Angie's Business List is not always recommendable.
"Member, it is regretful to find out online that you are dissatisfied with our services from April 12, 2012. We would have much appreciated a phone call to address your concerns. Everything was perfectly fine when we left your home and are very surprised in your comments. We strive to provide excellent service in the field and over the phone. It is our utmost desire to care for our customers, their homes and we have been doing so for more than 30+ years. Although you recently purchased the home in February 2012, we actually have been providing service there since June 2000 and installed the existing equipment back in May 2005 which is why your received our “Spring Tune-Up Special” postcard. In our effort to provide excellent service to you, we promptly responded to your service request, we quoted upfront pricing for the tune up specials @ $99/ea prior to scheduling and we received authorization to make the appointment. We scheduled the appointment time around your availability and we were on time to the appointment. On April 12, 2012 we performed a service call for you as the new homeowner of the property. Once the diagnosis on the a/c units were performed, the technician quoted the cost of recommended repairs prior to performing the work and received approval from you to proceed with the repairs. We will be happy to come back out to re-inspect the equipment and re-inspect the chemical wash to ensure that our work was and is thorough. Regarding the cost of the capacitor, an off-the-shelf $14 aftermarket capacitor, does not reflect the Full Picture or the Cost of doing business, i.e.: • A licensed company that is insured with 30+ years in business • A skilled technician with over 30 years experience that is EPA Certified and registered with the State of Texas, with training skills to properly diagnosis and make immediate repairs (he is also the same technician that installed the equipment in your home 2005) • A fully stocked vehicle with OEM replacement parts. OEM (original equipment manufacturer ) capacitor is designed specifically for your a/c unit, not aftermarket • The OEM capacitor is installed and is provided with a 1 year warranty on parts and labor We do not install inferior $14 capacitors that will have a premature breakdown Many times consumers will attempt to reduce costs by purchasing aftermarket equipment and/or components. The outcome we’ve seen over the years is that, in the end, the consumer pays more and has repairs made more often due to inferior components and premature failures. It is regretful you do not find value in our workmanship and materials or services provided. My hope is that you have a better understanding for the equipment in your home, the quality of workmanship and customer service we provide to all of our valuable customers.
