The new provider came to the house, installed a new battery, changed settings on my controller to allow the local monitoring service to be told of what any event was about, and corrected a telephone connection that now allows the controller to seize the outgoing line in case of an event, all without charging me for the change over.

I have had them for years! I had them in Bellevue and am I down here I think they are fine. We don't always use them like we should because my husband forgets and opens the door and goes, "rrrrr" and that drives him crazy, but everything is fine. There are always responsive, there are always they to answer the phone, everything has been fine. I don't have any problem with them. The price,well I think that is fine too, I don't hate their prices really, over the years, they go up $1 for a years, so its not anything like concurs price. I would use them again in the future.

They have a good reputation. We have been using them for 27 years. I like their punctuality and their products.

The young man that installed it for me was absolutely superb. It gives me peace of mind.

My experience with ADT is good and I will use them again. They call instantly even if I shut it off to make sure it was me that did it. They will send the police if there is no answer to my phone call.

Had Brand New GE Concord Alarm installed in new home but needed a monitoring company and wanted to get some upgrades. The company that installed the system had gone out of business so after extensive research I chose ADT. They came over quickly and got all the upgrades I wanted. Scheduling the install was a bit of a hassle and when they did come the alarm had multiple errors and would beep all night. ADT were very responsive and sent over 2 new techs on two visits to get everything working perfectly. For a big company I will say they have great customer service. Their alarm monitoring is a bit more expensive but well worth it. Some advice, if you go with ADT call their corporate headquarters to set it up. There are a lot of "dealers" out their but they do not actually work for ADT so if you have problems you'll have to deal with them and they may or may not be as responsive. I spoke to the ADT rep about this and he confirmed this as well...

I am impressed with the service I receive from brinks. They responded very fast to a false alarm. I like that they were able to send out the police when I did answer the phone. I give them an A+.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY HELPFUL. PROVIDED EASY TO UNDERSTAND INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO DEACTIVATE (DISCONNECT POWER). WHEN WE'RE READY TO REACTIVATE, BRINK'S WILL BE OUR PROVIDER BY CHOICE.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GOOD. THE INSTALLER WAS SLOPPY: TRACKED MUD IN THE HOUSE AND, WORSE, SCRATCHED MY NEW HARDWOOD FLOORS WITH THE LADDER HE USED. (AFTER SOME DISCUSSION, THE MANAGER COMPENSATED US BY INSTALLING THREE EXTRA WIRELESS ALARMS). SALESPERSONS STRIKE ME AS POORLY TRAINED AND NOT TERRIBLY KNOWLEDGEABLE. BETWEEN THE TIME WE FIRST CONTACTED BRINKS AND THE TIME WE DECIDED TO GO AHEAD WITH THE INSTALL, THE FIRST TWO SALESMEN WE HAD SPOKEN TO, HAD QUIT THE COMPANY, AND WE WOUND UP SIGNING WITH A THIRD. STILL, THE PRICE WAS ABOUT $1000 LESS THAN THEIR COMPETITORS.

THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND THEY HAD GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. HE WAS PUNCTUAL AND POLITE. THEY ARE VERY QUICK TO RESPOND, WHEN THE ALARM GOES OFF. THEY CALL US, WHEN THE ALARM GOES OFF.

BRINKS DID EXACTLY WHAT WAS ASKED FOR, BUT NO MORE. THEY ARE A GOOD ALARM PROVIDER, BUT SOMETIMES ARE NOT REAL RESPONSIVE. THEY PROVIDED US WITH A VIDEO TO UNDERSTAND THE NEW SYSTEM SINCE WE HAD AN OLDER SYSTEM IN OUR OTHER HOME.

MR. BROWN WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS. HE CHECKED ALL THE CONNECTIONS AND DEMONSTRATED HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS. HE TOOK THE EXTRA TIME TO MAKE SURE WE UNDERSTOOD HOW TO WORK THE SYSTEM AND SET US UP WITH A PASSWORD.

THE TECHNICIANS ARRIVED IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB.

THIS WAS THE MOST COMPETITIVE PRICE OUT OF THREE PRICE QUOTES THAT WE RECEIVED. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED BY THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THE MAN SENT OUT TO DO THE ACTUAL INSTALLATION. HE WAS VERY CAREFUL AND CAUTIOUS. HE TOOK HIS TIME AND MADE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS DONE JUST RIGHT. AFTER HE HAD FINISHED, HE SPENT TIME EXPLAINING HOW THE ENTIRE ALARM SYSTEM WORKED AND MADE SURE TO DO A COUPLE OF TEST RUNS WITH US. SINCE THEN, WE'VE BEEN ON THEIR MONTHLY SERVICE CONTRACT AND IT'S BEEN A GREAT SERVICE FOR US. WHENEVER WE NEED THEM, THEY ARE THERE FOR US AND FOR OUR PROTECTION.
