ADD-ALL ELECTRIC

I was unable to remain to job completion, however my wife was there. When I arrive home they had completed the job and the light was working. Nothing was changed same switch and light fixture. I asked my wife what did they do and she said they said it was working and that's what I wanted no further explanation. One week later the light stopped working and I replaced the switch myself and it has been working every since. A simple explanation and I would have called to have them return to do the work again and not had a problem paying. Now I will never hire them again.

It went great. I was in a big hurry to get the outlet done because the cabinet person I was working with was coming out to finish his install within 3 days and I needed the outlet installed before that. I used the Angie's List find-a-contractor wizard, and Eric was one of the first ones to respond right away. He was the most reasonably priced and straightforward about the cost and what was involved which I appreciated. His guys arrived right on time.

The guys were very punctual and very courteous and professional. The problem was immediately diagnosed and the switch was quickly replaced. Very nice.

They did what they were supposed to and stayed within the estimated price. I feel they did a good job and I would use them again.

All electrricity went out in our den, which was a carport we enclosed in 1979. We had not had any trouble with it since 1979, but all of a sudden all electricity was gone. Add-All answered his cell phone at 5:00 pm and said he would come over at 8:00 am the next morning. They were there a little late, but they called and said why and arrived about 8:45 am. The did some troubleshooting and located the source of the problem, whcih was and old outdated fuse/switchbox, that had been put into the house when it was built in the early 1950's and never upgraded. It was a Federal Pacific and known to be a fire hazard. They came back the next day and did all the work just as they quoted, plus some other minor items (wall plugs, flourescent ballasts, etc) that my wife identified she wanted. They were very professional and completed the work on time. We do not hesitate to recommend them.

Had electrical fire at breaker box. Called last minute to have someone come out next morning. Arrived next day on time (actually early) and assessed damage. Due to emergency situation was worried about being taken advantage of. Price turned out to be very fair. Within the next hour an electrician arrived and completed the work. Since work was outside of the house, left for work. When arrived home found worker had left mess. Called owner and expressed concerns. Owner was very responsive and professional. Called me back to tell me situation had been handled with individual involved and offered to make it right. Very pleased. This is an honest company trying to grow a business the right way. Rest of work done to satisfaction. Would definitely use this company again.

The first time, we had an electric problem with the lines running to the house. The electric company was unable to locate the problem, but Add-All Electric quickly knew that it was a problem with the ground wire. They spoke with the electric company and helped me get it resolved. They've done both small jobs and larger jobs for us and are consistently courteous, dependable, honest and very knowlegeable.
