I will not use this shop again. While the clerks at the frame counter were smiling, none were willing to help me. When finally I was assisted it was by a person who seemed not to care about the result. But leading me to one thing and another I thought I had decided upon a matting solution for my first piece, but then asked the price. After much calculation the number was almost $400! This was for a poster! At no time during the selection process did the clerk indicate any costing consideration. Don't waste your time or money here. Clearly they don't care for their work, and certainly cherish their time. I found another shop in Bonney Lake that not only cared, but was much more reasonable.

THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO HAVE PICTURES MATED AND FRAMED. BEN, A CUSTOM FRAMER, IS THE MOST TALENTED CRAFTSMAN. HE HAD HIS OWN STORE IN AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AND NOW WORKS FOR AARON BROS. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
