In case you needed a reminder of the benefits of choosing a local small business rather than a big corporation, the services of Anthony Worthy are it. This past weekend, I was finishing a long few days of moving into my new apartment. The last thing on the list was a new washer and dryer. My purchasing experience was simple enough. Anthony had several items that fit my needs for much lower prices than I could find anywhere else. He thoroughly explained the differences in each model and was patient when addressing my questions. When I found the set I wanted, he was ready to have them delivered and installed within 20 minutes. While this was all nice, it is not the reason for my review. Shortly after Anthony arrived and brought my washer up to my 10th floor apartment, a shoddy pipe burst inside the wall. I want to be clear that this was the result of cheap plumbing, and not by any means a result of anything Anthony did. He immediately alerted me and ran downstairs with me to get the maintenance staff and explain the situation. For the next 2 hours, Anthony helped me dry my apartment with a shop-vac and a few towels. He was by my side when my management tried to put the blame on me, and even recorded a video testimonial of what happened that I could use in my defense. All of this took place between 5-7 pm on a Saturday night. Anthony was under no obligation whatsoever to help in the way that he did. We had just met a few minutes prior and he was already giving up time on his weekend to provide his expertise when he could be relaxing or generating new business. Generosity like that is rare, especially in the world of retail. I highly doubt that many appliance vendors would go through those kinds of lengths for every client. I will recommend Anthony Worthy of A Worthy Appliances to everyone in need of a washer/dryer.

It was an exceptionally satisfying experience!  Provider's same-day service was really unexpected.  His prompt and punctual arrival was very impressive and satisfying, giving my wife and me the opportunity to attend to other priorities. Handling of the 3 large appliances was very efficient.

The ownere showed up on time as he said he would with fast and friendly service. I have used him in the past for picking up my old appliances that needed to be removed. I have recommended him to my neighbors who also were pleased with his work.
