A Heart for Service (AHFS, LLC)

Great, very pleased with the work and overall communication.

Both services were outstanding! My retail stores are kept spotless. I have used this service since March 2015 and everything is what you want from a service provider. They have never missed a session, and only had to reschedule one time - and that was with a five day notice. Store integrity remains perfect: no missing items, nothing broken. They take care of my store as if it were their own. For cooking, the meals were delicious and healthy. My schedule caused me to stop using this part of the service and I miss the small luxury of having someone else cook for me! I would use them again if my circumstances were to change.

Our daughter contacted and set up Kathleen to help us with house cleaning. My wife has been ill for a few years and it has helped us tremendously. She is completely dependable and does a great job. She is also flexible if something comes up. She offers a wide range of services and does a great job with them all. A Heart for Service definitely makes our life easier!

Kathleen and her crew have done an excellent job cleaning our house. I have never had a single issue arise where I was not satisfied. I occasionally will leave her a note to do things that are not routine and there has never been a question....Change the sheets? DONE! Let the dog in when finished? DONE! Polish the window ledges? DONE! My husband commented that it was the only cleaning service we have ever used that cleaned the back glass doors. They sparkled and he noticed. I love that she uses her own non-chemical products so I do not have to worry about harmful fumes (I have tiny pet birds). I arranged for Kathleen to organize a walk-in closet which contained my Christmas decorations plus other "treasures" (translation: junk). My Christmas last year was SO much more relaxing because I could FIND what I was needing. She has seen behind the closed doors of closets and cabinets that I wouldn't dare show anyone and has a way of putting you at ease about your clutter and helping purge and organize. No job seems too big or too small. She is trustworthy and truly sees her job as a ministry. Hands down the best cleaning service we have ever used. Thank you, Sue Ball
