great - good job - things work well

Mike is someone who tells it like it is --- probably a throw back to when a man's word was his bond :)

Took the crew longer than they wanted at finding some old old buried pipes in the ground to join to; but I was not charged extra -- price I was told, was price I paid. Have had the unit over a year -- it works fine. Mike is extremely knowledgeable. Honest folks.

Excepted expectations especially on quality and willingness to follow through with challenges to installation.

Was time consuming to find and add the loops, but Mike still Only charged me what he had quoted, even though he spent a lot of extra time on finding the original nexus of the loops to add to. The unit itself, works great. Honest people. I like em. He gave me a price and a handshake, and stuck to it.

My husband called this company and someone came to fix the problem later that day. They fixed it quickly and only charged a little over $70 total. They didn't charge for coming to our house or checking the problem like some other companies do. They didn't ask to pay the day they performed the service, only send us the bill later on. We have used this company for central a/c problems in the past as it is trustworthy, honest and very affordable. Highly recommended.

We have used Gene James for years, we have had great service from repairing to service cleaning yearly. I would recommend this provider over any others in this area. I have recommended many of my friends and family members and my neighbor recommended them to us.

The work took a little longer than expected, but we are very pleased with it. Mike James is an outstanding HVAC engineer..

On time, reasonably priced. The service was thorough. We had them install the unit some years ago, and they have always proved prompt service. We have recommended them to others who are also happy!

Mike and his people all do excellent quality work. It took longer than we thought it would, but some of the delay was our fault with them waiting for decisions from us.

Gene James Air Conditioning and Heating, was reasonable, very efficient and did a good job. I would advise to get a written estimate, I had forgotten to do that when I had to do major work on the furnace last summer, their price was reasonable, it was just a little more than I had thought or I would have been prepared.

It was late one sunday night around 10pm just got home from a weekend away. I notice a huge water spot on my kitchen ceiling. I realized that my geo thermal a/c hangs in the attic right above that spot. I work for a water restoration company so I freaked out. I called Gene James and the lady was really nice and helpful. They had someone out in less than 45 minutes to fix my issue. The repairman was pleasant, and fixed the issue in 10 minutes flat. He then told me he would come back wednesday to service the unit and just to make sure everything was in good working order before summer came. I asked him how much did i owe him and he said we will bill you. No one ever just bills anymore, so I was very shocked but happy. He then came back as promised on wednesday. Serviced the a/c just like he said he would. I again asked how much, and he again said, we will just bill it all together. A wee later I get a bill for less than $150 bucks. That included the after hours service call, the repair parts and labor for that night, then a service fee for wednesday. I was in total shock, I expected to pay at least $150 for the after hours service call. I love this company, and the fact they specialize in the type of a/c that I have. I will share their name with anyone that will listen!
