I called him for an estimate and his voicemail was not set up, but he called me back later that day and gave me a guesstimate on the phone just from the dimensions I gave him. After reviewing several more much higher estimates from other contractors, I called him back to come to the house and give me a more accurate estimate, (voicemail still not set up) and he gave me the exact same price that he said on the phone. He told me when he could start and actually started a little sooner. He completed demo in one day and finished the job in two days. If I had to mark him down on something, he could have cleaned up better, like the mess the concrete truck left on my street.  And he's little difficult to get a hold of. Bottom line is; nice guy, good work, and great price.
