Called this guy out to give a bid on septic system. He said he could do it for 6k and by the end of the week. he said it would take 1 day to dig and 1 day to install. Never answers his calls, never shows up when he is supposed to. Finally got mad and called him out on it and he hung up on me. Come to find out he never even filed the permits to get the system installed for us. So if the county would inspect guess who would be stuck with the bill? He was not professional at all, had to finally move on after wasting 2 weeks of my life. I would never ever call him again!

They were so professional in every way. The gentleman I worked with went out if his way not only to set up an appt the next morning, but also called when he was running just a few minutes late. He didn't have the new cover that I needed, but he returned very shortly with it, and didn't even charge me retail price for it. He instilled a great deal if confidence, enough so that I requested we establish a routine maintenance schedule, to wish he happily complied and went ahead and performed the first service while he was at my house. I look forward to working with a company I really feel I can trust!!

The guys showed up, they were early, they completely checked everything out that I had concerns about.
By the time I had gotten to the house, they had already cleaned/replaced all the filters
They were digging up one of my sprinkler heads that wasn't working right per my request and quickly fixed it.
They had to come back to replace a couple parts on the tank itself, but it only took two days and it wasn't anything that would keep the system from working.

We called Advantage Aerobic because we kept having problems with our septic system that was only about 3 years old. The owner of the company that installed the system had previously worked as an inspector and she used scare tactics, of county inspections, to persuade us into purchasing the system she wanted us to purchase. She also setup regular maintenance with the company of her choice but the inspector rarely showed and when he did, he failed to fully maintain the system. He was not responsive to our phone calls except when it was time to renew our "maintenance contract". Rather than renew our contract we contacted Advantage Aerobic who discovered several problems with the original installation, defective/cheap parts and problems caused by lack of proper maintenance. Advantage Aerobic has corrected the problems caused by the original companies. Advantage Aerobic responds to our calls quickly, uses quality parts and stands behind parts/labor. We have used Advantage Aerobic since the first time they worked for us. We will continue to use them because of their work ethic and integrity. Advantage Aerobic does installation in addition to maintenance. If we ever have to replace the system we will call Advantage Aerobic to install a new system. (FYI: We were referred to Advantage Aerobic by Tommy Drummond Septic. At that time Tommy Drummond was doing only installation and not maintenance. T. Drummond and Advantage Aerobic are owned by brothers. So T. Drummond may be good also).
