Young man that showed up was dressed well, professional in any questions we had and explained the process and on how long the carpet would take to dry and how to proceed in the meantime while drying.
The procedure took the estimated time as quoted by owner.
Got up just about every stain we had (have two cats......) and the results of the carpet where excellent, we were very pleased with not only the results but the chemicals they used were not offensive, but pleasant.
Would recommend them highly.
Our carpets were 10 years old at the time, not really dirty, but in the high traffic areas they were showing a lot of dirt. Now the carpet looks so much better!!!

If went very well. The gentalmen showed up on time, we also had some missed communication (on our side) and he was very patient with us. He went in a did a wonderful job and it didn't take him that long to do a 2000 sq ft house. We passed our inspection without any problems and we had a dog who was very old and had some accidents on the carpeting.

This company is absolutely amazing. They are always ready and willing to do any job at any time (within reasonable limits) with a smile on their faces. Besides all that, they do an incredible job every time I have them come out and do a cleaning. More than extremely satisfied with the results. They clean the carpets quickly and completely and leave the entire place smelling wonderful.dropp
