When he installed the baseboards in our sunken livingroom, we hit a little snag because the concrete along the wall was a little warped, so he had to plane the baseboards down to make them a little skinnier so they wouldn’t come out further out than my tile threshold above; it came out perfect! It took a little longer than his estimate time frame, but he didn’t charge extra, he charged by the square footage.
Description of Work: He installed wood flooring that we had purchased.
