I had two bathroom projects and my contractor used Victory plumbing. On project 1 I did not have hot water in the shower which they had tested. The tub made loud strange sounds, I found a screw in the drain of a new sink piping they installed, and both sinks had the gaskets installed upside down. Victory plumbing sent out their trouble shooter Terry to fix things.
On the second bathroom my contractor used them again. All new piping, faucets, shower head, etc. They left a stop leaking in the room with tub and toilet and it flooded. They did not properly check the water flow between the shower and tub even though I was told everything worked fine. They had to come back and fix the leaks and the new tile to the shower had to be removed for a section. The plumber installed the wrong type of tubing and it caused the tub faucet and the shower head to come on at the same time.
I told my contractor no more with these guys but he asked for me to give the trouble shooter a chance. Terry came out and fixed everything again - he had to tear out the new tile and replace the tubing.
When I asked about a discount for my trouble I was told no they wouldn't charge me for the extra trip.
Terry is great but the rest of their plumbers can't do the basics and check their work. I would NOT recommend this company for any reason whatsoever.

Victory Plumbing never diagnosed the leak in our basement. Three times they came out and each time had a different ridiculous explanation - ex., that our water from the faucet was leaking and running down the wall (it wasn't). Today we discovered via another plumber the source actually was a tree root growing in the pipe under the slab, which busted the pipe, and caused the toilet to clog, which would cause the pipes below to leak in the basement. There was also water always on the side of the house near the bathroom outside - that was water leaking from under the slab. Victory never ran a camera through the line to look for a tree root. Never even discussed this as a possibility. When they came out to look at the basement, they pulled down wet insulation and just left it on the floor - didn't throw it away or try to put it back after it dried out.
In short, Victory didn't ever diagnose the issue or solve it. I spent hundreds of dollars on service calls and got no answers. The people were often rude and not helpful. I'm very unimpressed.

We had a new countertop and sink put in our kitchen and needed someone to hook up the pipes to the new sink and install a new faucet, disposal and sink strainer. The new sink was deeper than our previous sink so the pipes had to be adjusted as well. My wife was quoted a price that was about $100 cheaper than any competitor over the phone. They were able to come out the next day and showed up on time. The worker was friendly and knowledgable and completed the work pretty quick. The final bill was actually about $50 cheaper than what was quoted over the phone. Great service. I would definitely use them again.

My wife and I were remodeling a house into a small Montessori school and needed a plumbing company that could be there at every step of our project. We had to add a new ADA bathroom and run a new septic line through the slab. Also needed 4 new toilets and sinks and plumbing. They were there when they said they would be and were quick and professional. Billy led the crew that worked on our project and was very personable and communicated with us about any questions that he had. Very impressed with this level of customer service. We decided to use them again for our new addition that we just built and again very professional and their invoices are very fair and reasonable and we never felt that we were being taken advantage by them. Randy thank you all for the outstanding service and for exceeding our expectations.

It all started with my pest control company spraying in my garage and noticed that my water heater had collected a lot of water on the bottom. I then noticed burn marks on the top of the water heater so I immediately turned off the power to the water heater. I called Victory Plumbing because their service sticker was on the water heater. I spoke with a gentleman named Dwayne and he was real helpful and understanding and wanted someone to come out immediately to check it out. Even though it was towards the end of the work day he said he would try to get someone out here if he could. A couple of hours later he called back and said that they would have to go out and buy a heater but it wouldn't be until the next day because I live in Temple and they are out of Ceder Park which is like 30-45 minute drive. So the next day another service rep called and said the technician would be on his way. An hour later he shows up and introduces himself as Santa Claus. So the whole time I never knew this guys name. He then asked if he could use my water hose because his was tangled somewhere in the back of his truck. I told him that I think I might have an extra hose but he decided to fish his out. He then asked if I could help him take the old heater out and put the new one in. Now I'm the type of guy that offer my services whenever possible but this was a little ridiculous. So all in all, everything worked out. Since my heater was still under warranty I only paid for the services. I would use these guys again but I would make sure that if it's a two man job then, two men will be coming out.
