 + -1 moreCalled over and over again and spoke to him personally. First, he was too busy to come by due to a batch of rain, then no returned calls, then he was just fininshing a large landscaping job but would stop by the next day. He must be doing great since he didn't need my job. Too bad, I am a COO with about 10 corporate sites that also needed lawn and landscaping work.
Description of Work: Simply wanted a quote to improve lawn and some moderate landscaping. His website promotes a strong relationship business (a continuity business), whereby he covers all your needs each year.

 + -1 moreBasically, a terrible experience. First, they never once met us in person to explain what would be done. It's extremely hard to get ahold of him and he does not return calls/emails in a timely fashion. He did not set a firm day to come over until a day prior. All communication was via phone messages. In hindsight, partly our fault not to insist we meet him and understand the work he's do. We are somewhat satisfied with the work, but the overall experience was quite stressful and unpleasant.
Description of Work: My backyard needed leveling. They came over, gave an estimate on several options, we chose the smallest amount of work.
