Basically, a terrible experience. First, they never once met us in person to explain what would be done. It's extremely hard to get ahold of him and he does not return calls/emails in a timely fashion. He did not set a firm day to come over until a day prior. All communication was via phone messages. In hindsight, partly our fault not to insist we meet him and understand the work he's do. We are somewhat satisfied with the work, but the overall experience was quite stressful and unpleasant.
