Contractor did not complete 2 -3wk job after 3 months. Gate was partially repaired, and contractor, Purchased gate operator never delivered or installed. My $ deposit covered cost of gate operator ~50% of the job. Contractor has stated he is unable to complete the job. Now pursuing legal action to recover the balance of my deposit not delivered.
