Honest Plumbing & Air

Beware! not so honest. I had a air conditioner that would not start earlier this year and while he was here, I asked about having some general maintenance completed at the same time. I was told it could not be done at that time but the tech suggested that I purchase a maint. package that they would come out twice a year to do general maintenance on the units. He stated that they could do in a week or so, it turned out to be over 1-1/2 months for the 1st maintenance but I should clarify that it really isn't much maintenance but a opportunity to pay them to do a quote for additional work. In addition to this, one of our units was not operational arrived, before he would even move a finger I was required to sign a document for work in the amount of around $340 which ended up taking the technician 15 minutes to replace a blown fuse and loose wire, they charged $116.99 for the fuse (cost $0.1469). Not so honest, much different story from when I initially used them several years ago.

I expected 2 people to help to dig the broken water pipe the kind gentlemen with the bird sorry i forgot his name. He was one of the best workers that i have met. If thier is another break i will expect him to come back. Also as a Vietnam veteran i was very honerd and glad to use your copany to do my repair. Thank Godbless Ralph Gruner

Our AC went out and we called Honest Air. Randy came out to diagnose the problem and did his best to save our old system. The system was too far gone so he helped us pick a new system that would meet our needs and help us save energy. Install day, we had Jeremy, Kade and Logan come in to set up out new system. They were great! They were nice, informative, efficient and courteous to our needs. They also informed us of an issue from the original install of our old system and are going to come back out to correct it for us.

Installed our water heater the same day, it took about two and a half hours and it works great.

Great service and professional people who did the job with speed and kept me informed about what they were doing. I highly recommended Honest to all who need a/c problems solved

This company gave me a very good price for my AC/Heating installation and keeps my home at a cool 75 degrees all day long. I received a number of other bids for the work and they were the only ones who told me about a rebate program. The biggest problem I have had with hiring contractors via home adviser is that they often do not show up or call ahead to explain why not. I had no problem with Honest Air Conditioning.

The installers, Joe and Pete, were very professional. James seemed very honest, I chose his bid over another for $599 less. I just felt more comfortable with the company, the salesman and after the fact, the installers.

Extremely professional group from the scheduler Lisa Ann to the estimator James and the install team of Richard and Scott. These folks went above and beyond to restore my air conditioning service. I would recommend them to my friends without reservation. I will use them again as the need arises.
