They reached out immediately, gave a reasonable quote over the phone and booked the appointment to repair my leaking irrigation system within the week. They did have to reschedule, but only by a day and it was no big deal. The tech that came out was professional, found the issue, and fixed it. I'm very happy and would use them again.

They were a bit hard to get ahold of and played phone tag for days but they did apologize for the back up. It looked like some areas didn't get aerated well but I suspect it's from our uneven ground. Other than that they were professional and nice and came when they said they would.

Awesome experience with Heroes, they reached out promptly and got us scheduled for the yard aeration. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Followed up after the service to be sure we were satisfied, which we are, could not be more pleased. Kevin did a great job on the aeration. Will definitely use their services again, highly recommend!
