What we got was the worst cleaning service. Their work was always half done. It was like they had a certain time allotted to clean. What they did in that time was all they would do. If they ran out of time, well it did not get done. The plan called for cleaning interior windows, a wipe down. Never happened! Their was areas that remained uncleaned after several visits (cobwebs). They came bi-weekly and after 3 visits and still no attention to these spots I left big notes. They cleaned the area but then left other areas undone. When they made the beds, it was sloppily done. A child would do a better job. On two occasions they left all three beds unmade! Mopping was spot mopping not complete. The carpets were also only vacuumed in traffic area. Interior closets were never done. The sink backstop area was rarely wiped down and never truly cleaned. When we finally began demanding the level of service we were expecting, we got indignation and anything but service. After 3 months of this on a bi-weekly basis we told them to hit the road. They began billing me for cleaning that never took place. I had to replace all the locks to my home because they were refusing to drop the keys off to our home. It took me over a month to finally get them to return the keys and I had to pay to get them returned.
