David Meeker at this time has zero employees and works alone ,but does have access to them if need be. I am open to subcontracting if I need to. Billing is usally :Deposit on or before start date and final payment upon completion and customer satisfaction. Sometomes a progress payment is required but that depends on the size and length of the project. Payments are usally check and sometimes cash always with a numbered invoice issued for all payments.
