I have been a very happy customer for years with cyberworks. Excellent customer service, and very knowledgeable. Some of the point for me personally that makes me always go to them for help is: 1. Ability to fix my problem in a timely manner 2. Level of knowledge tech has proven to have. Example: I once had a problem connecting my computer to a projector. I had many techs (4) try to solve the issue with no success. I decided to call Cyberworks and give them a chance, within less than an hour, not only was my computer able to connect to the projector, but the tech informed of some virus the computer had, after cleaning them my computer ran smooth, and fast. 3. Always up to date with new technology. 4. Excellent customer service. Recently signed up for monitoring, and anti virus managing bundle. I can already see the great value this program has. After initial analices cyberworks was able to detect that one of the computers had not been updated properly, and my other one, was infected with malware. If you want your computer to be clean and running at it's best, I recommend giving Cyberworks an opportunity to blow you away!
