Mike was right on time and had the right part in the truck. He was very courteous and considerate of my home. He fixed my problem quickly and the price was considerably lower than I expected.

Mike was on time, very friendly and very professional. He repaired some blind strings our dog had chewed and they look great. I recommend him very highly.

The blinds in one window needed repair; when I raised the blinds, they lifted unevenly, with the blinds being higher on one side. I called Bloomin? Blinds of Austin to schedule an appointment. Mike returned my call within four hours and scheduled a time to come to my house the next day to repair the blinds onsite. He sent an email reminder that night, and he called before he came the
next day. He arrived early, which is truly a miracle in Austin.
He replaced three broken lift strings, a process that took about 30 minutes. Also, he noticed one of the two tassels was missing and replaced both at no additional cost, which I greatly appreciated.
The price was very reasonable. I paid $63, which included $35 for a local area service call and $36 for the repair. (The price reflected a 15% discount for Angie?s List members.)
I highly recommend Mike and Bloomin? Blinds. He?s professional, organized, and efficient. He did the repair onsite, which meant I didn?t have to hassle with covering the window while I waited for the blinds to be repaired and returned.
