They set a day that We both agreed on, set the ''timeframe'' to arrive onsite and the Rest is History! They delivered the Shingles, supplies and accessories the day before at my house on 2/21/2022. They arrived around 7AM on the next day and ''Wow''! they got busy like worker ants taking they (Entire Roofing Off)while placing tarps around my house and a trailer dumpter to toss the ''Old Shingles ''away in. They did a ''Outstanding Job''! I obtained their Business Info from My next door neighbor having Their Roof done by ''Bes Tex'' about 2yrs ago, And their roofing still looks Brand new even after The Feb 2021 Texas Deep freeze! I'm very happy for choosing them for my Roofing needs from Mr. Edwards making the (Initial contact/Information, setup, etc.) to on the-day-of-Roofing replacement (Final review of work) with Mr. Wilkerson on site. Very Professional!

I met Bes Tex by luck as the sub contractor to Lowe's for a roof replacement which is pending the install. During the on-site inspection for that install, I cited many of the issues I know need repair. Bill with Bes Tex understood my goal in replacing the roof was to arrive with at the end of the project with new skylights and the rotted exterior of the chimney repaired. Bes Tex bid on the rebuilding of the chimney and sourced the skylights. The job Bes Tex performed was according to specs and their customer service was excellent. The crew was customer service oriented, making sure it was going as I expected and complying with my request to see the interior integrity of the structure before replacing the exterior. I am happy to see their quality work each time I drive up to my house. I will report on their roof replacement work, but am confident that it too will match the quality of work done on the chimney. Everyone from this company made it a positive experience to have used them as a service provider.

Of the 10 companies I requested quotes from, only 4 responded back, and only 2 gave me an estimate. BesTex was the best prices, and the service was great. Will use them again in the future, and absolutely recommend them for the quality of work performed.

I had some shingles missing for some time. Eventually they turned into leaks. Garrett came by, found the problems and had his guys out to fix it the next morning. Fast, convenient,local, and very good at what they do.

They installed a 30 year roof, The service was awesome, amazing quality, the manager and owner came by 3 times, the manual work was very helpful.

The communication was great, they did a great job with the installation, they cleaned up after themselves, and I will be hiring them again. They are great to work with.

I had 2 new roofs put on the house since I purchased it and they never handled it like Casey did. If I ever need another new roof Casey would be my contractor.
