I am new to Angie's List and recently found a great plumbing service and felt the need to do a shout out to the A/C repair man we have used twice since we have lived in our home. William Briseno is a family owned and operated A/C and Heating repair service. Our A/C broke down two summers ago when we had the 60 consecutive days of 100 degree days. We woke up to a scorching house on a SUNDAY and in a panic called 3 different companies. The other two quoted an OT charge b/c it was a Sunday, but when I called William, he mentioned no such thing and was willing to make it in a hour. He came over, did his evaluation gave us the quote and for less than $300, we were absolutely thrilled. In 2010, we found ourselves with the same broken A/C and we called him right up. He said we had a leak, so he fixed that and for less than $200, we were up and running. Our A/C unit, is 17 years old and we know we need a new one. He has taken the time to send us an estimate for a new A/C and we know when the time comes, we will definitely use William. I love when I meet professional and honest businesses that you can count on and trust.
