My water heater sprung a leak while I was away. Arnold and his team was able to dry us out quickly and protect my home. They gave good advice about getting the right help for the cause of the flood. They did First rate work and did their very best to keep the cost down. This is the only company you should call to protect your home against water damage. I have worked in this business. I was Certified. I know what i am talking about when I say, I Have never seen a better, more honest, more caring crew in this business. I would trust this company with any Cleaning, Flood, Mold remediation.

The company owner, Arnold Cisneros, came out the same day that I called and diagnosed the issue as surface mold contamination only. He quoted me a very reasonable price to fix the problem unlike a couple of other contractors that came by as well. A&B Restoration was my clear choice for the project. My problem was fixed quickly and I am immensely satisfied with the end result.

He was very thorough, professional, he went above and beyond the work duty, he took the time to move furniture and clean under it and he was very pleasant, a wonderful gentleman to talk to and the carpet was like new again.

My dog chewed through the water supply line of my guest restroom, flooding my entire downstairs. Arnold came over investigated found the problem and gave a full report over to my insurance adjuster. His guys dried our home in 3 days using power fans and big dehumidifiers. Relayed and steam cleaned our carpets in our home making it fresh and clean. These guys are the Restoration Specialist !! I TRUST NO ONE ESLE with my homes restorative needs.

My daughter forgot to shut the water off in the tub flooding her room. I called A&B on a Friday night and these guys were here with in an hour. Dried much in place leaving no secondary damage. They came to relay the carpet, I got them to steam clean the rest of the house. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

They did an amazing job!! They were able to remove some tough pet and red wines stains. My bedrooms and living room area where the carpet was cleaned look brand new. I would highly recommend them

These guys are knowledgeable, certified and honest. My water heater had calcium buildup and gave out (it was old). Water was all over my walls and floors. My insurance sent out a preferred vendor, I didn’t feel comfortable and took to the internet and found these guys. My washing machine malfunctioned on a Sunday evening and flooded my entire house. I started calling every carpet cleaner around and no one answered...until I called A & B. Arnold was there with a four-man crew in less than an hour. They had 1300 sq ft of flooring ripped out and 28 fans & 2 dehumidifiers set up within 3 hours. While there was no saving the flooring, their speedy work saved my baseboards and the sheet rock for sure! The guys were friendly, helpful and professional. They worked quickly and made sure to clean up thoroughly afterward. I will have Arnold on my speed dial from now on!
