A-Tex Roofing Company

NOTE: This is A-Tex Roofing of AUSTIN - not San Marcos - Eric and Lorenzo Jaimes, father and son. We got the runaround from several different roofing companies: too busy to come out, or came out but never gave us a bid! A couple finally gave us a bid, but it was an "unpleasant" number! ;-) My real estate agent recommended A-Tex as a company that he had dealt with, that would offer to repair a roof that had more years of life in it - they would not push a new roof when you didn't really need one. And they were usually the low bidder on his jobs. Lorenzo at A-Tex gave us a bid on the spot, that seemed reasonable, and fitted us in within a week. Thank you! :-) The work was done well. The only glitch was one piece of trim was left too long - too close to the water runoff on the flashing. It was workable, but would have rotted out faster. They took care of it as soon as I pointed it out. So, as with any contractor, it always pays to inspect the work so you get it just the way you want it. Overall - good price, good quality and they got us fixed fast when other companies were too busy to do "just a repair".
