house cleaning
+ -1 moreI believe they should have told me about cancellation charges which I was not, Maria know I was having family health issues and had to cancel several times. Although she just charged me for one. It would have been nice to know. Also provided my own totes for clutter on floor. Found trash in them that could have been thrown away. It will be hard for me to use again due to their high prices. Can not afford $165 dollar each time for basic clean and that is if I agree to go solely with them and have no one living in house.
Description of Work: Deep Clean was provided.
