They were awesome! I was very happy and had hired another company who couldn't get spots out, but this company was able to make my carpet like new.

They were fantastic. Showed up on time, and worked wonders on my carpet. I had several stains from puppy accidents, and I thought for sure they were there to stay forever. But nope! United managed to make my white carpet look brand new. Great staff, and very easy to work with. Would recommend them to anyone.

He did a good job for what he did, since cat urine is very difficult to remove. Since I chose the less thorough option, there was still an odor after everything dried, which I expected. When the time comes to take care of this again, completely, I will choose United Carpet Cleaning again.

They were prompt, called ahead to let me know when they would be arriving, and did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. Its like having brand new carpet in my house!

They were very professional both on the phone and in person. I had to call to reschedule a time until the next day. They tried to accomodate an earlier time but called and informed me that they were not able to (which is very nice!). However, still arrived about 1hr after the new set time.

Once arrived, was very professional and fast. However, the carpet still had spots on them afterwards which was blamed on fading because of the stuff we have used for cleaning the carpet. We asked that he redo one room, which was done as asked (again, very professional and courteous). The areas of concern looked better (which would be strange if it is truly because of fading), however, still not completely gone.

Overall good service, very professional people. Just bothered that it was on the pricier side and the carpets still do not look ideal.

I've used them before and have been generally pleased. It seems this time, they didn't do as thorough of a job as usual. Many areas that could have used an additional pass, or at least a little slower wand action were brushed over in a hurry. They also failed to move the sofa to clean under it as they usually do. It was the day before Thanksgiving, and they showed up about 30 minutes before scheduled, so I wasn't ready yet. I think they just wanted to finish up so they could go home for the holidays. I will try them again because of the previous positive experiences, but will share this story with them first. I think they are a good company. This tech, however may have had "holiday-itis" on this one occasion.

They have done great work for me in the past. They are just a little bit pricier than the other companies. I had a water heater that had leaked very badly. It created a huge flood in the hallway area. They came right out and took care of it. They sucked out the water, put down the fans and took out the padding. They came back a few times to make sure if everything was okay. They re-laid the carpets and redid the padding. They also cleaned the area. They did a good job. I’ll definitely use them again, if need be.

THEY DID A NICE JOB WITHOUT MUCH HASSLE. THEY HAVE PRETTY HIGH TECH EQUIPMENT. THEY WERE ABOUT 1 1/2 HOURS LATE, BUT IT WAS NOT AN INCONVENIENCE.
