I've already recommended them to a lot of people. They were highly professional. You get an incredible product. They stand their product and their name. They treated me incredibly.

They were excellent. The general contractor was easy to work with and the pricing was reasonable. The entire design phase up to completion was excellent and very thorough.

It went fantastic. Rob was a fantastic guy to work with. He built a quality product and any problems that occurred along the way were totally handled. They did a really good job. I would recommend them in the highest regard.

Rob is a very experience builder with a lot of patience with a first time a home build . We had a good exp. because he was a good guide through the process.

Everything went, well, the only hiccup was the sub who did the painting, we had to call them back a couple of times. The owner went to extra lengths to help us save costs on materials when possible.

We had an unusual issue in that we had existing counter tops and floor that we wanted to keep. Rob, the owner, worked with us to provide new cabinets where needed and retain the old cabinets with new doors where needed. We could not be more satisfied.

We were delighted with the entire building process!  Rob carefully listened to what we wanted in a house, how we lived and what was important to us. He designed a beautiful home that is perfect for us.  It is a much nicer house than I thought was possible for our budget.  He made certain that we spent the money on the items that were important to us, including a solidly built house with a foundation that will last.  He also added elegant touches in the house that I would have never thought of.  Throughout the process, he was very responsive and followed through with every detail.  In fact, at the final walk through there was very little touchup that was needed because he had already gone over the house in detail all along the way.
During the building process, our family had a major life crisis which altered our timeline some.  Rob understood that things happen and handled the situation smoothly.  Despite the fact that I really messed up his carefully scheduled timeline, he was always calm and kind.  He truly cares about his clients and wants them to be delighted with the work that he does and the living spaces he creates.
Not only have I found a builder that I would use anytime, anywhere, I have a friend for life in Rob Wetli and his wife.  He is an excellent builder and they are both delightful people.

The room addition, covered walkway and the cedar cabana work went EXCELLENT.  The owner Rob is great to work with and very reliable with follow through and "changes" we made along the way.  He is punctual and his workers very professional.

We interviewed four contractors, went with Rob, and were glad we did.  He submitted a fair proposal (not the cheapest and not the most expensive), and explained the timeline and quality of project.  He caught many details that the other builders didn't and far exceeded our expectations.
He communicated everything well, did all work on time and according to plan, had quality and professional subcontractors, checked work at each stage, arranged for inspections with the city and answered all of our questions.  We are doing phase two of the house remodel in 2016 and will use him again.  High quality, professional work at a reasonable price, with great communication.

Rob was very dependable and did the job I wanted.  I spoke with other contractors and felt they would do the job as THEY wanted.  Rob understood that I wanted a very modern decor.  He removed a load bearing wall and remodeled from the studs out.  He took care of all problems.  Great job and very nice man.  Would highly recommend!!!!!

Rob showed up on time and went over what we wanted to do and was very receptive to our ideas. He was the only contractor that returned with an estimate. He called and asked to sit down with us to show what his ideas were and to explain his estimate. He had some excellent ideas that we incorporated in to the plan and he again was very receptive to our plans. We accepted his proposal and he came to our house with the contract and was very patient with our questions and concerns. He estimated the job would be finished by Thanksgiving but the final end date was 01/25/2014. The delay was not his fault as the weather did not cooperate and was either too wet or too cold for whatever was scheduled. There were several times he came all the way from Keller to southwest  Ft. Worth to talk with us when he could have called much easier than driving all that way. He never avoided any questions or comments we made. His work crews were on time and neat. They cleaned up after themselves even to the extent of their lunch trash. The scrap lumber was hauled off or cleaned after each days work. We will definitely use Rob in the future and plan on remodeling our kitchen some time in the not too distant future and will call on his expertise to do the job.

He is a handyman and does great work on homes.  The prices are very fair and reasonable.

The work went really well. Rob and his team were very neat and clean. Rob discovered we had a plumbing problem and knew just how to fix it.

The job started with the bathroom - tore out everything and fixed the ancient plumbing and electrical, then he put in new drywall and a new shower.  The shower was originally quoted for a low cost tile, but when my fiance and I met Rob at the tile store we liked a higher end tile a lot better.  After seeing what we liked, he suggested that maybe we'd like cultured marble more than the tile we had originally thought of.  I didn't know it was a possibility, but he was right and we love the finished product.  The best part was that he was able to do it for the same cost.  The cultured marble itself is much more expensive than the tile, but the backing is cheaper so the cost difference was small and he just absorbed it rather than requoting.

The house was a mess when I bought it and I was happy enough with the price/speed of the bathroom that I just had Rob give me a quote on most of the other stuff that needed done rather than trying to do it all myself.  I'm glad I did.  He managed to get the rest of the work done before my wedding, which of course made things much easier for me and more importantly - made it a nicer place for my wife to move in.  The walls look great now instead of the dingy yellow color with patched holes everywhere. 

Overall he did the job as bid and on budget, but it's the little things that made this great.  The yard was overgrown when I bought it and I'd made a giant pile of brush/tree limbs as I'd been starting to clean it up.  I had been slowly getting rid of the pile only to discover one day that it was gone.  Rob just had his trash guy haul it away with everything else - made my life a little easier.  When they were redoing the baseboards they had some extra, so he used it to replace the nasty old casing below the window sills.  It wasn't in the quote but it looked great and he didn't charge me extra.  My dishwasher wasn't attached to the counter and tipped over when my mom tried to use it - he saw and installed it properly at no extra charge. (easy fix for him, but it made a good impression on my mom)  He even found a brick from another project that matched a missing one at my house.  There were probably a dozen other little examples that I just can't think of now that just made thing whole experience a good one.

We love our bathroom and the rest of the house looks great too.  The house is almost 50 years old, but now it looks almost new, and most importantly - it's comfortable to live in now.  The only complaint is the same one you always have if you use someone good - they're always busy so they can't always work exactly on your time frame.  I know Rob had several projects going on, so he wasn't 100% focused on me, but he did always do well and making sure the project was moving along and let me know what was happening.
