Build went pretty well. We had an issue with the Roll Up Door Company not delivering the roll up door after the shed was constructed, and then had to pay Roll Up Door more money than was originally quoted by ShedbyFiremen to have the door 'special ordered' and delivered and installed, but this was more the fault of RollUpDoor Company. We would recommend that if you have a roll up door put on your shed, that you have an aluminum awning installed as well. There are companies that sell these custom built. We had to order one and install it to keep the rain from getting in. We also had to modify the floor of the shed around the roll up door by installing an aluminum threshold, and sealing it well with silicone, as it was not built or designed to handle the weather. ShedbyFiremen also painted and caulked the shed. I added a solar powered alarm system and lighting (exterior and interior), and some Texas flare and rocking chairs on the porch. The shed is now the perfect place for our John Deere lawn tractor, or maybe even a Harley, and a great place to sit and relax on the porch.
