We had a leak on the front portion of my home which was letting water leak inside the home on the sheet rock. The Flashing had
been crimp by sagging bricks which was under repair by another company. I reached out to Kip the company owner by email and he responded by phone shortly thereafter. He agreed to come by and take a look at the problem and offered any help that he could.
His professionalism , his immediate attention to help and serve me as a customer even at the end he provided this service at no charge. I will be replacing my roof in the next couple of years, I will be using his company to perform the work. I will refer Roof Builders Plus to others that I come in contact with. It’s hard to find people who care and want to serve others. Kip Petty is a special kind of guy who cares and wants to do the job right.

On time and good clean up

A friend who remodeled homes recommended Kip Petty because he had used Roofbuilder's Plus several times and knew that Kip did quality work and was reasonably priced. Kip came over for an estimate and we booked him right away. He and his crew showed up on time and replaced the roof on our pool house (30 feet x 40 feet) in just a few hours. Their work and cleanup were exceptional! I would recommend them to anyone in the DFW area. They specialize in roofing and are experts in their trade. I will use them again.

Kip said he wouldn't charge me unless he had to go into the roof, and if he did, he would let me know the amount first. I wanted to pay him, but he wouldn't let me!
