Both visits went off without a hitch. Called them first thing when they opened at 7 AM. Scheduled the 2 hour window when the person would be in my area. Both visits called me 30 minutes prior to arrival. 1st visit arrived 10 minutes before scheduled 2 hour block. 2nd visit was within the 1st hour of the 2 hour block. 1st service - the garage spring snapped, and it was replaced with 2 springs. He lubed and installed everything. No problem and quieter garage then ever before. 2nd service - garage wasn't closing, i thought it might have been repair related. Turns out the sensors were not aligned, and the track on one side was a little loose. Guy tightedn up the track, adjusted the sensors. and bam! Good to go. He felt bad about chaging a full $89 service call, so just charged me with a $25 trip fee.

The opener is the quietest I've ever come across and I'm a real estate agent.

My garage door now works perfectly for the first time! Brad and David came out to my home today to repair the defective sensors on the garage door. They lubricated all the moving parts on the door and now the door opens and closes smoothly and quietly. In addition, Brad did replace a burned-out light bulb and tightened the electric cable leading to the manual switch. In summary, they were prompt, courteous and efficient and I am very happy with a job done well and will use their service again, if needed. I highly recommend Open Up Garage Doors to my family and friends.

My home warranty refered me to Open Up Garage Doors. Chris came out and told me that my opener was obsoulete and no parts available for it. So he installed a brand new one. Chris was awesome. Even when I made him wait about 30 mins after the job because my doctor's appointment ran longer then expected. He was very polite, funny and on time. He took the time to show me how the new system worked.

Our home warranty took our call Thurs night and referred to Open Up Garage Door. They indicated we would get a call early the next day. By 8:30 am we called them. After talking and discussing that our door was off its tracks (in our opinion since we were not experts in this situation) and it could not be closed had to leave it 1/2 open all night, was told at first they could not get out to look at it until following Tues. The woman started asking all kinds of questions relating to the door when we told her not sure what she was referring to only what we could see. At that time she told us only the motor and some parts would be covered. This did not make sense - and we did not want to wait 4 days to have them come out and look. Did not want the garage door to stay open. We feel that this company should not expect homeowners to know parts of the door and what possibly took place. We know what happened, when the door was open and started to come down it fell off the track and was hanging. We could see there was nothing it hit or touched to do this. The woman just seemed irritated and not really helping in the situation. We would not call this company due to their rudness, etc.

They provided the estimate with brochure. Responsive on direct questions. Price was not the lowest, but due to our history we selected open up to install the new door. Came on time and installed new door with estimated time

What a surprise! Our garage door spring went out with a BANG yesterday afternoon breaking and leaving one of our two cars inside the garage and an inoperable closed garage door. It was too heavy to lift open with the spring broken. I called Open Up Garage Doors late yesterday and they scheduled a two hour time window to come this morning. They honored the time. They also called ahead of time to let us know exactly when they would be at the house. They arrived as promised and came to the rescue this morning and installed two new springs, replacing the single one spring the builder had used. They had the garage door fixed and operating in under an hour. They serviced the garage door afterward at no charge and their work includes a one year warranty on parts and labor. The technician was nice enough to demonstrate how to use silicone (and only silicone) spray on the door mechanisms and recommended spraying it four times a year to extend the life of moving parts. The door operates more smoothly with two springs now. Thanks Open Up. Your address and phone sticker on my garage door opener is there for a reason if we ever need you.

The installers showed up around 8:30am and were done by 2pm. They installed 2 doors/programed remotes and our cars!

I found them via my home warranty company. They called the next morning after I called in the service request. They were very prompt and accomodating to my work schedule. Very pleasant to deal with and I def will use again in the future. I felt they were honest and dependable.

They provide free estimates. I asked them to give me several choices for replacement parts and the resolution to the problem. They did that. Then the booked the first available appointment which was this morning. They guy was very very quick. He was in and out.

I was leaving the house and my garage door wouldn't close. I called Open Up to see how quickly they could come out. When I told Colleen about the family emergency that had occurred, she did everything possible to take care of me. She was caring and compassionate. She told me not to worry and they would make sure they took care of my door. The gentleman that arrived was courteous and fixed the door quickly. I would use this company again not just because the work was done well but because they treated me like a human being. Tthey went above and beyond to help me out during a rough time.

Everything has been good. The manufacturer recommended this company.

They came to look at our garage door that was not opening and closign properly. We found then through American Home Shield, so the price was set at 60.00. After contacting AHS, Open Up called the next morning and I believe they came the next day, The gentleman was about 10 minutes early, which was great. He diagnosed the problem and repaired the door that was acting up and serviced the other door. The door has worked fine since then and we would use them again. The gentleman was very nice and professional.

What left my house was an ugly old door. What they returned is a thing of beauty. The old door needed updating to match the home exterior. Open Up replaced the rough cedar trim with smooth, reworked the design and fixed other wood problems they found. When I went to see the finished door, I was thrilled with the result. Their expertise, friendliness and professionalism made this project fast, easy and fun. FYI, the workshop at Open Up is as nice as the showroom. Clean, tidy, professional.

My service provider was prompt, polite and quickly identified and fixed the problem. Excellent customer service and when he left I felt assured I had gotten good work done.

They were great from the quote thorough installation, no problems. Their installer did a great job, and I have a very nice painted garage floor, and I was concerned about it getting scratched up during the install. The installer took great care to cover my floor and get the door up and running. However, I am putting them on the list because of how well they solved my follow-up service work. Many companies give great service when you initially buy something, but the real let-down is when you need work later. 5 months after installing the door, it quit. I called and was expecting the usual runaround. The answered the phone with a real person before 7:30 AM, and quickly said they could have someone out at 8:30 the next AM. Sure enough their people showed up exactly at 8:30, and had the problem corrected and the door operating properly by 8:40 AM. Very nice, very quick, and very professional. I would highly recommend them.

We went through our home warranty company, but wanted to leave comments anyway. The company got to our call much sooner than anticipated, and was able to improvise, due to some other problems with our garage door. Dar (the gentleman whom performed the work) was extremely professional, and performed all of the work in less than hour! Needless to say we'll be using this company in the future for all of our garage door needs.

I CALLED THIS COMPANY TO GET A REPLACEMENT GARAGE DOOR FOR MY OUTSIDE GARAGE DOOR. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. THE GARAGE DOOR WAS INSTALLED AND READY TO GO IN NO TIME.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND SHOWED UP ON TIME. THE SERVICE MAN DID NOT REALLY TELL ME ANYTHING, HE JUST REPAIRED IT AND LEFT, NOT TELLING ME WHY IT HAPPENED. THOUGH THE WORK WAS GOOD.

I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE TECHNICIAN, CHRIS. HE WAS ON TIME AND TOOK HIS WORK SERIOUSLY. THE DOORS WORKED FINE AFTER HIS ADJUSTMENT.
