When Ignacio came out for the estimate, he went over in great detail what he thought would work best or my yard layout. If there were areas that I was going to change in the future he noted that so he could make the appropriated changes. He emailed me a computer generated layout of placement and kind of heads he was going to use and total cost. I was relieved to see the cost as I had received multiple estimates prior to his. Not to say I didn't get some less expensive estimates but the design and professionalism was lacking in those. After I signed off on the estimate he came back out and explained the design in detail. The day of the installation he and his crew showed up right on time and started in. They proceeded like a well oiled machine. Each guy had their own task that they did to precision. They even took out some unwanted trash shrubs I wanted removed while they were digging. At the end of the day they completed the installation and cleanup. The yard showed only signs of where the ditching machine had been and all the grass was replaced. Very nice job. I was dreading what the yard would look like after the installation but was surprised to see how nicely everything went back in place. After the installation Ignacio and I did a walk thru and he adjusted anything he thought the city inspector would not like. He went over the instruction for the control box with suggestions on station timings . At the time of inspection he passed with just a few minor changes. Arlington has the strictest rules so passing was a big relief for us both.
