Tech performing initial analysis was outstanding Work crews were on time as promised. Digging unit borrowed screwdriver. Using my tools was not a problem but crew not being prepare was. If I had not been home it could have delayed project. The unit filling hole deposited lunch trash in Recycling receptable which was immediately beside TRASH bin. If I had not found this it could have contaminated a significant load of recyclable materials Separate but related is that the crew should be depositing trash on customers property A small bed of sprouting flowers was destroyed The bed is beside a walkway that was not in work area. We noticed front yard water leaking yesterday and called Matrix plumbing. Mary arranged for her plumber to come this morning. They arrived around 8:45AM. Ian is very professional and diagnosed the issue easily. It turned out to be not a leaking water line. Ian shut off the valve of sprinkler system and it stopped leaking. Great honest job.

The plumber was fast, clean and professional. Very knowledgeable and was right at work fixing the problems

Excellent service to correct the problem. The service person (Dylan) was fast and courteous. Very professional in appearance and in the service. It was obvious that the service person was well versed in his field as for he went directly to the job and got it done without any delays.

     02/13/17 - Jason from Matrix Plumbing came out to look at the job and give me an estimate.  I had been collecting fixtures and supplies for a while so he had to through each one of them and check them out so he could get the proper hookups and drains, etc to go with my fixtures.  I want to tell you that I had another plumber come out here first and when I showed him my fixtures and supplies, he said he wouldn't use them because it would be too much work to do the estimate, and he was SURE I wouldn't like the price.  So, I wasn't real hopeful when Jason showed up.  To my surprise, he was pumped up about my old sink and tub and enjoyed listening to my banter about where I'd picked my stuff up and how I planned on finishing my cabin out.  He ran a camera down the existing sewer line to determine where the best place to tie mine in would be. He gave me an estimate and I accepted it immediately.
     03/13/17 - The Matrix office called and asked if  their guys could drop off their materials in the afternoon.  They were scheduled to start 03/14.  Dillon showed up at 3:30 and dropped off the materials and a ditch digger.
     03/14/17 - The Matrix office called at 7:30 am to let me know they were on their way.  Jason and his helper showed up at 8:50 am.   They worked straight through until around 3:30 and said they'd be back the same time the next day.
     03/15/17 - The crew showed up at 8:30 am and worked until they were finished.  My fixtures are now ready to be set as soon as my walls and floors are in.

It went better than I could've ever hoped for. Before Jason Ellis of Matrix Plumbing came to our rescue, I was close to tears because it seemed like we would never have a working washing machine. We moved into the house in November and it wasn't until after we were married that we realized the washing machine wasn't getting water to it. We couldn't find the source of the problem. When Jason came to our house, he found that the plumber who worked on the house before had seriously screwed up the pipes. He uncovered the problem and quickly fixed it so that we had water, both hot and cold, coming into the pipes. It was a huge relief!

If you want an honest company that will not overcharge you for what needs to be done, call Matrix Plumbing. They will treat your home as it was their own. If we ever have another issue in regards to Plumbing services we will only use Matrix Plumbing.

Jason Ellis was the plumber who helped us. This is the 2nd time we've worked with him and we've been extremely satisfied with him both times. He's prompt, professional, and personable, and his work is always of the highest quality. He takes the time to explain what he's doing and why he's doing it. We will continue to use Matrix for all of our plumbing needs.

It went awesome. I was so amazed at the outcome I could have never imagined how good it could look.They were very clean while they demoed the bathroom and kept everything covered in plastic so it wouldnt get dusty, as well as kept tarps on my flooring.
