 + -1 moreFantastic! My tech, Cameron (I think that was his name), did a great job. He talked me through the process of what he was doing in terms I could understand. I never at once felt belittled or threatened. I would definitely call this company again.
Description of Work: My computer was infested with viruses, and it also needed more memory. Geek Stop was able to not only upgrade my memory, but also clean up the entire computer to make it virus free. I did not lose any of my files and my computer was running better than it was before I even had the virus problem!
